Wotcher (Knocked 'Em in the Old Kent Road)
Yes, it's Fozzie Bear singing the South London music hall classic on The Muppet Show!
It's not actually that strange since the original Muppet Show was filmed in England and they had to record special sketches to fill the extra two minutes that the UK broadcast had due to shorter advertisement breaks here in the UK - so they did record some special 'UK appeal' sketches. From a lot of the content of the Henson productions, you do get the impression that they were all very fond of the UK music hall and variety traditions and would have had a lot of UK staff working on the shows.
