that's a pisser. With the loss of Star Video on Walworth Rd last year, the writing does indeed appear to be on the wall for independent video/dvd rental shops. I never got round to buying that copy of Barry Lyndon.....

Though I left the area a couple of years ago, I have fond memories of this shop. Best video shop I ever visited. Good luck with whatever you do in the future chaps. If you do it as well as you ran your video store, it will be brilliant.

I've always thought that there's a nice synergy between the video shop and Moonbow Jakes coffee shop next door but one (vaguely boho Brockley), I worry about what will happen to Moonbow's if that stretch becomes dominated by a betting shop sucking money out of desparate people's pockets.
