Essentials Mix

Lower End Spasm highlights some classic South London grime in the form of a Stop the Deck mix by (the late lamented) Essentials. It starts off with the track Doing it Now and its great chorus:

"New Cross Gate, Brockley, Catford, Brixton way, Deptford, Peckham, Lewisham, 'llow: Stonebridge, Tottenham, Slough - look who's doing it now."
