DJ Controlled Weirdness (Neil Keating) is a key South Londonist operating in the fields of electro/breakbeat/techno and various other sub-genres of the 'nuum . Neil has been involved in just about every electronic dance music scene since the mid-1980s (see here), from US raves to Dead by Dawn squat parties in Brixton. There's a strong sense of place in his approach though, with records like the Deptford Market Arcade Classics EP. Check out his myspace site, especially the great South London Bass track.
